Minimum stay 1 week
Low Season (1/11 to 30/4) The house is rented out exclusively to winter residents for €1,500 per month without electricity and with a deposit of €500.
Mid Season ( 1/5 to 30/6 en 1/9 to 31/10 ) €140/day, minimum is 1 week
High Season ( 1/7 to 31/8 ) €170/day, minimum is 1 week
Final cleaning 100 €
Deposit 300€ per stay
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation
Balance to be paid no later than four weeks before the start of the holiday
Deposit will be refunded within a week if everything is ok
A sheet and towel package is included
It is strictly forbidden to sublet the house.
